Guidelines

Use the Sonos Beam Wall Mount Kit (sold separately). Follow the instructions in the kit

Keep 1" (25mm) space (minimum) above Beam so you can reach the touch controls

IF you're mounting above the TV make sure you can reach the touch controls

For best sound quality keep both ends of Beam at least 1' (30cm) from a wall or other obstruction

The quality of our products is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items*. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery of your shipment. In the event where the merchandise is not in its original condition or missing packaging, manuals, accessories, or other components a partial refund will be given. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Buyer pays return shipping on all elective buyer's remorse returns. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items include all items sold by the World Wide Stereo with the exception of:

Televisions larger than 40" in size

Furniture, and oversized product shipped via a motor freight carrier

We can only ship to the confirmed US address associated with your payment. Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your payment. Once processed we cannot change We offer free ground shipping within the continental US. Signature requirement for orders is based on the cost of the order as well as the delivery address. Generally speaking orders over $500 will require a signature. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO, or outside of the US. Most items are shipped within 1 business day of payment (with exception of weekends and holidays) via UPS Ground. Oversize items ship via freight carrier and are indicated in the listing. Freight delivery is by scheduled appointment, normally within 7-10 business days. Please confirm your phone number in your account prior to completing your payment so we can schedule your appointment. Some shipments may require signature confirmation at delivery. Once your order has shipped it cannot be canceled or changed. In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be charged a restocking fee and the full round trip shipping cost. This includes packages that are returned to sender due to non-deliverable addresses.
