DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT, accept the item and check it IMMEDIATELY after the driver leaves. Call us immediately if there is any damage. We only have 48 hours to file a claim with the shipping company. If your shipment comes after business hours, leave a message through Pricetronic.
