Returns Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold. We will issue partial refunds for items returned in a condition different from the condition of the item when it was sold. We do this by deducting a percentage of the total sale price from the refund. So if you purchase a brand new, unopened item with factory seals intact and return a used item, you will be subject to a partial refund. Examples of typical refund deductions: New item returned as a New Open Box item - 10% deduction EX: A brand new item sells for $100. The buyer receives the item, opens it, and decides they don't want it. The item is returned. The buyer will receive a $90 refund.
