I purchased this in October 2021 and used it until August 2022. I purchased a new TV and don't feel I need this extra sound capability in my small apartment. I never even opened the box for the two rear speakers, and it is still in the original seal. Everything works perfectly, and I was very happy with this system. Everything is included in the original boxes and the original packing material, including the cloth protective bags for the sound bar and subwoofer. This will ship in two separate boxes. The instructions for opening the box are on the bottom of the box, and you need to slide it out from the bottom of the box otherwise, it is very difficult to open. If you have any questions or would like more pictures, please let me know.
