System is in overall excellent condition with minimal signs of previous use. There were no major cosmetic issues seen during inspection. The soundbar and subwoofer do have some minor scuffs on them as can be seen in the listing photos. Soundbar and bass module have both been fully tested and function as expected. All ports tested and working. System factory reset before being listed for sale as shown by amber light on soundbar. PLEASE NOTE: Only works with the BOSE SOUNDTOUCH APP and the app must be used to properly complete setup. Even if only using optical connection, app must be used. Setup can be tricky so if you are not good with setting up technology this is NOT for you. System is ready for setup when the WiFi light glows steady amber. If it is not glowing steady amber when you plug the soundbar in, press the "soundtouch" button on the remote contorl once, then press and hold the 9 button on the remote control until all lights blink then release. The WiFi light will then glow amber and you can setup the system in the app! We have pre-paired the subwoofer with the soundbar. If the connection is lost during your setup, you simply need to re-pair it with the soundbar.
